[KOLBIA/April 4, 2023]​ Dongsung Finetec held a shareholders' meeting on March 31 and appointed Mr. Choi Yong-Seok as its new CEO.​

The new CEO said, "We will create new business opportunities based on Dongsung Finetec's LNG cryogenic insulation material technology," adding, "As the eco-friendly ship market grows, we will diversify our portfolio in the field to pursue sustainable value."

Dongsung Finetec recorded a revenue of KRW 434.2 billion and a net profit of KRW 8.4 billion for the year 2022, based on the consolidated financial statements.
